CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Simply check the "In- Store Pickup" box at checkout and save on shipping! We are located at 219 Market St. Philadelphia, PA 19106 . Our store is open 12-6 MON-THURS, 11- 7 FRI- SAT, and 12- 5 SUN EST.

HOW DO EXCHANGES WORK?

Exchanges are accepted on unwashed, unworn, undamaged item(s) postmarked within 30 days of initial ship date. Item(s) may be exchanged for merchandise or store credit. We do not cover return shipping cost but we will pay the shipping cost to send your exchange item to you! If you’d like a different pattern, color or size, give us a call and, if in stock, we will hold the new item for you until we receive your package. 215.625.4551

HOW DO RETURNS WORK? 

Returns are accepted on unwashed, unworn, undamaged item(s) postmarked within 14 days of initial ship date. Original shipping cost is non- refundable and we do not cover return shipping cost, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

*In the case of incorrect or defective merchandise sent by Smak Parlour, refunds including shipping related charges are granted on item(s) postmarked within 24 hours of initial ship date (on transactions in which the product is inspected by Smak Parlour and deemed defective). Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.

Small, lightweight orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Bulkier orders are shipped via UPS ground.
